ഉടുമ്പൻചോല താലൂക്കിൽ ഇരട്ടയാർ വില്ലേജിലും , ഇടുക്കി താലൂക്കിൽ തങ്കമണി വില്ലേജിലുമായി ഇരട്ടയാർ ആറിന്റെ പടിഞ്ഞാറും വടക്കും പ്രദേശങ്ങളും , കുപ്പച്ചാംപടി തോടിനും കാമാക്ഷി അമ്പലമേടിനും പാറക്കടവിൽ നിന്നും നേരെ ഇടുക്കി റോഡിനു കിഴക്കു ഭാഗവും ഉൾപ്പെട്ട പ്രദേശങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന ശാന്തിഗ്രാം കേന്ദ്രമാണ് 1966 ആഗസ്ത് മാസം 5 - )o തീയതി കെ 280 )o നമ്പർ ശാന്തിഗ്രാം സർവീസ് സഹകരണ സംഘം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 18 - 08 -1966 ൽ ആരംഭിച്ചു.
